Samba Sall, décédé il y a quelques mois après une maladie, a enfin un successeur. En effet, c’est le Magistrat Maham Diallo qui a été choisi lors de la réunion du Conseil Supérieur de la Magistrature. Jusqu’ici, il était le président de la Cour d’Appel de Ziguinchor.
Pour rappel, il y a 8 cabinets d’instruction au Tribunal de Grande Instance de Dakar. Le premier cabinet est confié au Doyen des juges d’instruction, magistrat plus gradé et plus ancien que les sept autres juges d’instruction.
Les plaintes avec constitution de partie civile sont déposées au niveau du cabinet du Doyen des juges d’instruction. A charge pour lui de les prendre ou de les imputer à un autre juge d’instruction.
