Le ministre des Forces Armées, Sidiki Kaba a annoncé la mise en place d’une commission d’enquête en charge d’éclairer la lanterne des sénégalais sur les journées émeutières qui se sont déroulées en mars dernier.Dans cette commission,l’opposition et la société civile seront représentées.
Ainsi,face aux journalistes ce jeudi,le Patron de l’Armée a réitéré la volonté du Gouvernement de tirer au clair tout ce qui s’est passé relativement à l’affaire Ousmane Sonko-Adji Sarr.
Toutefois, il a demandé aux journalistes de ramener les choses à leur juste valeur. Que beaucoup de choses ont été dites sur les forces de défense et de sécurité mais que n’eut été ces dernières, il y aurait eu beaucoup plus de morts lors des manifestations.
Ainsi, il a appelé à un sursaut national et à sauvegarder notre identité nationale. « D’ailleurs, on a vu à force de définir l’autre, de dire qu’il n’est pas moi, là où cela a mené dans certains pays. On a vu des pays célébrer le génocide » explique -t-il.
Pour le ministre des Forces Armées, toutes ces choses devraient pousser les sénégalais à beaucoup plus de prudence et de circonscription pour la stabilité de notre pays.
