Lors d’opérations de maintien de l’ordre dans la journée du 3 mars 2021 à Dakar, la presse, couvrant les événements, a informé de la présence de personnes, s’identifiant comme gardes du Président de la République, en train de prendre à partie des passants.
Le Forum Civil souhaite avoir, de votre autorité des éclairages sur la présence des dites personnes sur le théâtre des opérations de la police et de la gendarmerie.
