Non, les Sénégalais ne sont pas un peuple d’assistés, même si des décennies de politiques de clientélisme ont produit des dégâts profonds.
Macky Sall, qui a largement fréquenté la diaspora, n’ignore pas la générosité et le sens du sacrifice vis-à-vis de la Patrie dont elle a fait, en toutes circonstances, montre. Mais, comme le suggère avec dépit le Docteur Tito Tamba de Bignona, il est, comme toujours, à « l’heure de la Politique ».
