Mali: Décès De L’Ancien Président Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta

L’ancien président malien Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta, qui a dirigé le Mali entre 2013 et 2020, est décédé dimanche à son domicile de Bamako, a appris l’AFP auprès de sa famille.

« Le président IBK (Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta) est décédé ce matin à 09H00 (GMT et locales) à son domicile » à Bamako », a indiqué à l’AFP un membre de sa famille. Cette information a été confirmée par plusieurs membres de cette même famille. M. Keïta, élu président du Mali en septembre 2013, avait été renversé par des militaires en août 2020.

Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta (souvent désigné par le sigle IBK), né le 29 janvier 1945 à Koutiala (AOF) et mort le 16 janvier 2022 à Bamako, est un homme d’État malien, président de la République du 4 septembre 2013 au 18 août 2020 .
