Au bout du fil, a-t-elle confié, cette personne lui a ordonné d’aller défoncer la porte de l’armoire afin de lui envoyer 300 000 FCFA sur les 4,8 millions de FCFA. Ce qu’elle dit avoir effectué sans arrière-pensée.
Poursuivant, K. Ndiaye a ajouté qu’après cette transaction, la personne l’a encore appelée pour un autre envoi de 300 000 FCFA, ensuite 100 000 FCFA jusqu’à atteindre les 4,8 millions de FCFA. «C’est après avoir envoyé l’argent que j’ai compris que ce n’était pas lui. Et quand je l’ai appelé, il m’a confirmé qu’il ne m’a jamais fait cette demande. J’avais peur et je ne savais plus quoi faire», a déclaré la prévenue.
En revanche, son patron A. Diouf pense que c’est un deal qui a été monté parce que le téléphone fixe sur lequel elle dit avoir reçu un appel ne marche pas: «L’argent à été envoyé via son compte Wave. Elle envoyait par tranche et le gérant du service de transfert d’argent s’était même inquiété de la provenance de cet argent. Je n’ai jamais appelé K. Ndiaye pour lui demander de m’envoyer cet argent», a affirmé A. Diouf.
Et le gardien de confirmer que la domestique communiquait, au moment des faits, avec son téléphone mobile. Le procureur de la République estime qu’après 11 ans de cohabitation, K. Ndiaye devait reconnaître la voix de son patron A. Diouf, Pour lui, les faits de vol sont avérés, parce que la Sonatel ne travaille pas le jour du 4 avril. Ainsi, le représentant du ministère public a requis une peine de 2 ans, dont 6 mois ferme, contre la domestique. L’affaire est mise en délibéré pour être vidée le 18 mai 2022.
