SENELEC-Akilee : Macky ‹‹Bloque›› Les Compteurs !

L’affaire a fait couler beaucoup d’encre et a longuement occupé les Unes de journaux.
Un dossier qui a sillonné les instances de plusieurs organisations, de l’opposition, comme du patronat, en passant par les associations de la société civile. Tous semblaient porter la même position sur cette affaire opposant SENELEC à Akilee à l’exception de quelques parties, dont celles défendant l’ancien DG de la SENELEC, en l’occurrence M Makhtar CISSÉ.
Macky Sall vient de mettre fin au contrat liant SENELEC à Akilee.
Selon Le Quotidien, le Président Sall a fait comprendre qu’il n’est pas question que la Senelec en vienne à appliquer le contrat avec Akilee. « Arretez de vous épancher dans la presse ce contrat ne sera pas appliqué », a-t-il fait savoir lors d’une audience avec les ministres des Finances et de l’Energie, le SG de la Présidence ainsi que l’AJE le PCA et le DG de la Senelec.
Le président de la République a proposé aux dirigeants d’Akilee de racheter leurs parts afin de fusionner leur entreprise dans Senelec afin qu’elle devienne enfin et véritablement une filiale de la compagnie nationale d’électricité
Et si d’aventure cette proposition n’agréait pas Akilee, le Président n’a pas écarté l’idée d’aller en contentieux en résiliant purement et simplement le contrat. Pour Macky Sall, dans cette affaire, le Gouvernement devrait apporter à Senelec « un soutien total, clair et sans équivoque ».
