Litige Foncier : Après Ndingler Et Tonéne Une Autre Bombe Foncière Explose À Kahone

Après le mouvement « Aar Sunu Gox « et sa pétition qui a recueilli plus de 2 mille signatures, ce sont les conseillers municipaux de la commune de Kahone qui ont fait face à la presse ce dimanche pour dénoncer la soi-disante attribution des terres de l’ancienne sous préfecture à l’opérateur économique Mamadou Ndiaye Rahma, ambassadeur itinérant du président Macky Sall.

Inscrit sur la liste des 16 conseillers municipaux qui portent le combat des populations, Daouda Diop a désigné le maire de la localité comme étant le seul responsable de la situation. « Il y’a quelques semaines, le maire Ousseynou Senghor s’est réuni en privé avec des conseillers municipaux qui lui sont favorables pour déclarer que le projet porté par l’opérateur économique Mamadou Ndiaye a été validé par les populations, ce qui est contraire à la vérité. En tant que conseillers municipaux, nous dénonçons ses propos et demandons le transfert du site de l’ancienne sous préfecture de Mbadkhoune dans le patrimoine foncier de la commune de Kahone. »

Menant le combat sur plusieurs fronts, les conseillers municipaux et le collectif « Aar Sunu Gox » de Kahone comptent saisir la justice car aucun acte administratif qui atteste de la légalité de l’octroi du terrain ne leur a été communiqué. «  Nous savons que l’affection et la désaffection du patrimoine foncier de l’état se font par décret, jusqu’à aujourd’hui aucun papier nous a été présenté malgré les correspondances adressées aux autorités compétentes, c’est pourquoi nous interpellons le receveur des Domaines et le gouverneur de région pour des éclaircissements sur cette affaire. Ainsi, nous avons commis un pool d’avocats qui est prêt à ester en justice tout acte posé sur le site » informe toujours Daouda Diop.

Alors que dans le plan de développement communal ( PDC) de Kahone, beaucoup d’infrastructures tardent à être matérialisées faute d’espace, Moustapha Diop, un des conseillers municipaux contestataires ne comprend pas toujours l’attitude du maire de Kahone. « Comment le premier magistrat de la ville a t- il fait pour que ce terrain d’une hectare lui échappe pour atterrir dans les mains d’un privé ? Même si c’est l’état qui lui a donné les terres, nous combattrons la décision » martèle t – il.

Loin d’une affaire politico politicienne, l’affaire du terrain de l’ancienne sous préfecture a réussi à réunir toutes les forces vives de ladite commune qui comptent se battre jusqu’à avoir gain de cause.
