Inondations : Idrissa Seck Brise Le Silence

Les fortes pluies de ce week-end n’ont pas été sans conséquence. Beaucoup de localités du pays sont sous les eaux. La région de Thiès n’est pas en reste. Une situation qui a fait réagir le président du parti Rewmi, Idrissa Seck. « Les pluies diluviennes d’hier ont plongé plusieurs localités de notre pays sous les eaux et occasionné des dégâts multiformes », a d’emblée déclaré l’ancien Premier ministre sous Abdoulaye Wade, dans une note reçue. Avant de faire savoir : « Nous vivons ce sinistre aux côtés de nos compatriotes dont les lieux d’habitation sont inondés, mais aussi ceux ayant enregistré des pertes matérielles. » Pour finir, Idrissa Seck a exprimé sa « compassion et sa totale solidarité et invitons les populations ainsi que l’État à prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour leur venir en aide ».
