Le juge correctionnel a relaxé Bougane Guèye Dany et Ameth Aïdara, accusés de diffamation par Aliou Sall. Le maire de Guédiawaye qui leur réclamait la somme de 1 milliard au titre de dommages et intérêts a été débouté par le tribunal qui a rendu sa décision ce jeudi 19 novembre 2020.

Les prévenus ont été poursuivis suite à la reprise au cours d’une revue de presse, d’un article de Direct News accusant l’édile d’avoir vendu à 1 milliard de F Cfa, le siège de la municipalité à Auchan.
