Reporters sans frontières a annoncé ce mardi 2 mars le dépôt d’une plainte en Allemagne pour crimes contre l’humanité visant notamment le prince héritier d’Arabie saoudite Mohammed ben Salmane, l’ONG dénonçant sa «responsabilité» dans l’assassinat du journaliste saoudien Jamal Khashoggi et l’emprisonnement d’une trentaine de ses confrères.
Déposée lundi «auprès du procureur général de la Cour fédérale de justice de Karlsruhe» en raison de sa compétence «sur les principaux crimes internationaux», la plainte «porte sur la persécution généralisée et systématique des journalistes en Arabie saoudite» et cible, outre le prince héritier, quatre autres hauts responsables saoudiens, a précisé RSF dans un communiqué.
