L’ancien Premier ministre ivoirien et ex-chef rebelle Guillaume Soro a été condamné en son absence mercredi à Abidjan, à la prison à perpétuité pour « atteinte à la sûreté de l’Etat » pour des faits commis fin 2019. La cour d’assises d’Abidjan a suivi les réquisitions du parquet, tout comme pour les principaux autres accusés, Souleymane Kamagaté, ex-chef du protocole de M. Soro, Affoussy Bamba, ancienne ministre et Touré Moussa, son ancien chef de la communication, condamnés à 20 ans de prison
La prison à perpétuité avait été requise mercredi dernier par le procureur Richard Adou contre l’ex-Premier ministre ivoirien Guillaume Soro, accusé de complot contre le pouvoir. Une semaine après le verdict est tombé, l’ex-président de l’Assemblée écope de la perpétuité pour atteinte à la sûreté de l’Etat.
