Le Compact avec l’Afrique ou Pacte du G20 avec l’Afrique (CwA), une initiative du gouvernement allemand, vise à soutenir l’investissement sur le continent africain, y compris par l’appui à l’amélioration de l’environnement des affaires et la réalisation de projets de développement.
