Un procès expéditif. Ce mardi, la jeune (18 ans) chanteuse Dieyna Baldé a fait face au juge pour le procès l’opposant à son compagnon et producteur, le chanteur Djibril Mbaye alias Brill Fight, qui avait porté plainte contre X pour cambriolage, vol de ses téléphone, chantage et menace de diffusion d’images à caractère privé. La demande de mise en liberté provisoire introduite par les avocats de Dieyna Baldé a été rejetée et le délibéré du procès est prévu au mardi 7 septembre 2021, soit dans une semaine.
Placée sous le régime de mandat de dépôt suite à une plainte de son petit ami, Dieyna Baldé a été envoyée au Pavillon spécial de l’hôpital Le Dantec, en raison du protocole mis en place par l’administration pénitentiaire contre la Covid-19. En effet, les détenues sont envoyées dans cet établissement le temps de la période d’incubation avant de rejoindre les différentes maisons d’arrêt pour femmes.
