Les 23 personnes arrêtées, mercredi dernier à Diass, et qui ont été présentées au procureur ce vendredi matin, bénéficient d’une liberté provisoire. Elles seront jugées le 28 septembre prochain.En effet, au cours des échauffourées entre la population et les forces de l’ordre, 23 personnes dont deux femmes ont été interpellées.
L’une d’elles est en état de grossesse. Les manifestants sont poursuivis pour trouble à l’ordre public.Pour rappel, les populations sont sorties, hier, dans les rues pour dénoncer l’accaparement de leurs terres par l’Etat du Sénégal. Il s’agit de 31 hectares qui sont attribués à des promoteurs privés et à l’Apix.
