Transport: Le Cadre Unitaire Des Syndicats Des Transports Routiers Annonce Une Grève De 48H

Le Cadre unitaire des syndicats des transports routiers (CUSTR) du Sénégal est sur le pied de guerre. Après le dépôt d’un préavis de grève le 30 septembre dernier, ses membres envisagent de passer à la vitesse supérieure : une grève de 48 heures renouvelable plusieurs fois sur l’étendue du territoire national et dans tous les segments des transports routiers.

Entre autres revendications, ils sont très remontés contre l’État du Sénégal, dénonçant le silence des autorités face à la situation que vivent certains de leurs camarades au Mali.

« Au Mali, nos camarades routiers sont agressés et maintenant leur véhicule incendié, sans aucune action de l’État du Sénégal, qui est chargé de nous protéger en tant que citoyens surtout en dehors du territoire national », fulmine Fallou Samb, leur porte-parole du jour.

Leur préavis de grève est assorti d’une plateforme revendicative axée autour de dix points.

« Le transport routier est malade et ses acteurs sociaux n’arrivent plus à s’en sortir. C’est pourquoi, ces acteurs se sont regroupés pour déposer un préavis de grève sur la table du gouvernement. Et si les autorités ne réagissent pas, nous serons obligés de tenir à nouveau une Assemblée générale (AG) d’information pour entamer une grève à compter du 1 novembre prochain », menace Samb.

Le respect des accords signés avec l’État notamment ceux de janvier 2021 est cité dans la plateforme.

Le CUSTR réclame aussi le retour des documents administratifs de transport routier pratiqués jusqu’en juillet 2021, l’arrêt des tracasseries de forces de défense et de sécurité. Ses membres fustigent aussi la concurrence jugée déloyale sous toutes ses formes menée, accusent-ils, par Sénégal Dem Dikk et Afrique Dem Dikk.

Autres doléances : « l’amélioration des conditions salariales et sociales des travailleurs, la signature de contrats de travail avec la prise en compte de l’ancienneté, puis des congés de la retraite (IPRES) au sein de la sécurité sociale et des accidents au travail, et enfin, la protection maladie de leurs familles (IPM). »

Par ailleurs, ils souhaitent vivement l’application de la levée de la rupture de charge entre le Sénégal et le Mauritanie, et la mise à disposition des conducteurs de taxis de ville des laisser-passer pour leur sortie de Dakar auprès de tous les commissariats de police et des brigades de gendarmerie de la région.

L’ouverture de négociations est requise, selon Samb et Cie, pour éviter un bras de fer. « En tout cas, tout dépend de l’État du Sénégal. S’il y a grève, il ne faut pas qu’on accuse les acteurs du transport routier qui ont fait preuve de beaucoup de patience », tranchent-ils

  6. I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
