Mais problème, 67% de ce patrimoine est vétuste. «Et sur ces 67%, 11% sont dans un état très vétuste. Voilà la situation du patrimoine que nous avons.» Il indique que l’Etat continue à recenser les immeubles qui seront au fur et à mesure intégrés dans la comptabilité patrimoniale de l’Etat.
