Face à la montée de la violence, physique, verbale et psychologique dans la scène politique sénégalaise, le cadre unitaire de l’Islam du Sénégal rappelle à l’ordre la classe politique. Pour cette entité qui regroupe les comités scientifiques des différentes cités religieuses du pays, les acteurs politiques doivent être capables de se retrouver autour de l’essentiel pour les intérêts supérieurs de la nation. C’est pourquoi, il condamne avec fermeté la montée de la violence notée la semaine dernière au Sénégal.
« Le cadre universitaire de l’Islam au Sénégal vient rappeler à nos frères et sœurs, acteurs et actrices politiques du pouvoir comme de l’opposition, leur responsabilité historique et directe dans la préservation et la perturbation de la paix et de la sécurité dans ce pays, aujourd’hui et demain. Il condamne les violences psychologique, verbale, physique et armée, déjà observées depuis quelques semaines et qui augurent de lendemains sombres si un sursaut n’est pas observé », a rappelé Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane Sy Al Amine, le président du cadre unitaire lors de la conférence de presse qu’il animait sur la situation du pays.
Par ailleurs, le cadre unitaire de l’Islam au Sénégal appelle les acteurs politiques toutes obédiences confondues à adopter la charte de la non violence pour la paix et la cohésion sociale. Il invite également l’État à assurer les conditions du jeu démocratique pour des élections transparentes.
« Le cadre unitaire de l’Islam au Sénégal appelle les acteurs politiques de tout bord à se ressaisir et à adopter la non-violence comme un impératif catégorique et un viatique à prendre en compte à tout instant et surtout lors des compétitions électorales à venir. De même, le cadre universitaire de l’Islam au Sénégal appelle l’État à assurer les conditions du respect du jeu démocratique à travers l’organisation d’élections transparentes pour la préservation de la paix sociale. Il invite les hommes politiques à bannir la haine viscérale entre personnes au nom de leur commune appartenance à un même peuple, une même foi qui appelle à la spiritualité, vecteur de paix intérieure et la bienfaisance à l’égard des autres et de son environnement », invitera le cadre unitaire par le bais de son président.
