Dans le cadre de l’état d’urgence décrété par Macky Sall, c’est Mansour Faye qui annonce de nouvelles mesures concernant le transport publics et privés. En conférence de presse ce jeudi, le ministre des Infrastructures, des Transports terrestres et du Désenclavement a annoncé les mesures prises dans son arrêté ministériel.
« Pour les mesures à prendre pour lutter contre la propagation du coronavirus par le biais des transports terrestres public et privé, j’ai pris l’arrêté du 7 janvier 2021. Les principales mesures portent sur la diminution du nombre de places autorisées dans les véhicules de transports privés et publics, ensuite les dispositions sanitaires respectées dans les véhicules et au sein des gares routières. Je rappelle que ces mesures ont été prises de concert avec les acteurs du transport en tenant compte des impératifs non seuls sanitaires mais également économiques car il ne faudrait pas que ces transporteurs fonctionnent à perte. Les dites mesures portent sur les places autorisées dans les bus standards de Dakar Dem Dikk. Un maximum de 80 places est autorisé sur le total de 110. 80 sur 110. Pour les bus Aftu (Tata) un maximum de 40 places est autorisé sur 50, le personnel n’y est pas compris. Pour les cars ‘Ndiaga Ndiaye’ et ‘car rapide’, toutes les places debout sont interdites. Le masque est obligatoire dès que le nombre de passager est supérieur à un dans tous les moyens de transports. Si un conducteur se trouve seul dans sa voiture, il peut ne pas porter de masque. Il y aura des sanctions pour ceux qui ne respecteront pas ces mesures », déclare le ministre Mansour Faye.
« Concernant le transport interurbain, aucun arrêté n’est pour le moment pris. Nous allons en discuter et si des mesures s’imposent, nous prendrons », ajoute Mansour Faye
