Affaire Adji Sarr Ousmane: Le Doyen Des Juges Hérite Le Dossier

Ousmane Sonko est convoqué ce jeudi à 17 heures par le doyen des juges  Samba Sall .  Le juge du 8ème Mamadou Seck se serait désisté de son propre chef du dossier. Conséquence, c’est le juge du 1er cabinet qui hérite du dossier.

“Monsieur Mamadou Seck, le juge du 8ème cabinet s’est-il désisté de son propre chef ? En tout état de cause, M. Samba Sall, doyen des juges en charge du 1er cabinet hérite du dossier d’Ousmane Sonko. Lequel, dans le bureau du commandant de la Sr, vient d’ailleurs de se voir notifier à l’instant un mandat de comparution pour ce jeudi 04 mars 2021 à 17:00. Ousmane Sonko consent à comparaître s’il est mis fin à la garde à vue notifiée hier suite à sa capture à la Stèle Jean Mermoz et qu’il subit toujours dans les locaux de la Sr”, informe Me Khoureyssi Ba.
