Affaire Des Faux Médicaments : Les Avocats De La Défense Lavent Leurs Client À Grande Eau

L’affaire relative à la saisie importante des médicaments dans un immeuble sis à la Patte d’Oie par la Sûreté urbaine est loin de connaitre son épilogue. Les avocats des Chinois (Me El Hadji Diouf, Amadou Aly Kane et Aboubacry Barro) sont montés au créneau pour laver leur client à grande eau. Face à la presse, ils ont brandi des documents signés par la Direction de la pharmacie pour attester de la bonne foi de leurs clients. De l’avis de Me El Hadji Diouf, qui semble être le porte-parole du pool d’avocats, cette affaire est une grande cabale pour écarter un concurrent. Il qualifie les accusations de mensonges.

A son avis, pour qu’il ait faux d’abord qu’il ait médicaments. « Il y a des gens qui sont là et qui veulent remplacer les Chinois et, ça ne passera pas », a prévenu l’avocat qui ajoute que ce sont des seringues, des masques, des gels, des bottes, des rouleaux de cotons, des bandages et des variétés de gants qu’on qualifie de médicaments. « De tout le produit qui a été saisi, seuls 5% sont des médicaments », a révélé Me El Hadji Diouf, pensant qu’on a manipulé l’opinion.

« Il n’y a pas d’importations frauduleuses et il n’y a pas de faux médicaments. Donc, il n’y a pas de trafic illicite, il n’y a pas de délits douaniers », a ajouté l’avocat qui persiste et signe qu’il n’y avait pas de médicaments qui doivent soigner une maladie.

« Il n’y a même pas un seul médicament là-bas. Ce sont des dispositifs avec des autorisations. On défie le ministère de la Santé et la direction de la pharmacie, qu’ils nous montrent un seul faux médicament. Il n’y a aucune expertise attestant la fausseté d’un médicament. Aucun faux médicament n’a été saisi sur notre client sur les milliers de caisses », jure Me El Hadji Diouf. Il promet une bataille judiciaire de feu parce que l’affront est, selon lui, immense.

« Nous n’allons pas nous laisser faire. Ce sera un combat de gladiateurs », avertit-il. De même, Me El Hadji Diouf a révélé que son client a laissé, dans son appartement, une importante somme d’argent. Il l’évalue à plus de 30 millions de francs CFA. « On a voulu vérifier si l’argent est toujours là-bas mais, les policiers nous ont interdit d’accéder dans les logements privés de nos clients », a expliqué l’avocat pour qui, cette affaire a été montée de toute pièce par la direction de la pharmacie.
