On lui impute ainsi une diffusion de je ne sais quelles fausses nouvelles. Mieux, aucun journal n’a déposé de plainte contre lui. L’Observateur n’a pas déposé de plainte, c’est le procureur qui s’est autosaisi », déclarait son avocat.
