Lutte Simple : Le Tournoi National Démarre A Kaolack

Au total 70 lutteurs venant des 14 régions du Sénégal participent au tournoi national de lutte simple qui se tient à Kaolack, sous l’égide du comité national de gestion (CNG) de la discipline.
Le coup d’envoi de ce tournoi équivalant au championnat national de lutte simple et doté du drapeau du chef de l’Etat a été donné vendredi au cours d’une cérémonie officielle présidée par le ministre des Sports, Matar Ba.
La région de Kaolack va abriter pour la deuxième fois ce tournoi, avec la participation de 70 lutteurs venant des 14 régions du Sénégal, selon les organisateurs.
Chaque région va présenter cinq lutteurs dans cinq catégories différentes, à savoir les 66 kilos, les 76 kilos, les 86 kilos, les 100 kilos et les 120 kilos.
Le ministre des Sports, se disant satisfait de l’organisation de la manifestation, a appelé le Sine-Saloum, qui englobe les régions de Kaolack et Fatick, à se mobiliser pour « rendre belle cette fête » de la lutte.
Ce tournoi va se poursuivre jusqu’au dimanche 30 mai.
