Accès aux Services De Communication De Qualité : L’Artp Et L’Anat Mutualisent Leurs Efforts

Le Directeur général M. Abdoul LY, au nom de l’ARTP qu’il dirige, a signé, le mercredi 27 octobre 2021, une convention de partenariat avec l’ANAT.

La mise en place d’un accord de partenariat entre les deux structures s’explique par leur volonté de garantir aux Sénégalais un meilleur accès aux télécommunications en palliant les difficultés que rencontrent les opérateurs pour une meilleure qualité de service (QoS). Ainsi, un cadre de réflexion entre l’ANAT et l’ARTP permettra de proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions concertées pour faciliter la mission des opérateurs de téléphonie mobile en matière de couverture.

L’Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications et des Postes et l’Agence Nationale de l’Aménagement du Territoire conjuguent ainsi leurs efforts afin de permettre aux populations, partout où elles se trouvent, de disposer d’un accès équitable de services de communications électroniques de qualité.

Cette collaboration se matérialisera principalement par le partage de données, le renforcement de capacité et une meilleure cohérence dans l’intervention des acteurs.

Cette signature traduit en effet, l’aboutissement d’un processus initié de longue date par les structures en vue de mettre en œuvre ensemble, les orientations données par l’Etat en matière d’équité territoriale conformément aux recommandations de son Excellence M. Macky SALL.
