“Suite aux instructions de Monsieur le Président de la République, Son Excellence Macky Sall, j’ai effectué ce dimanche 06 septembre 2020, en compagnie de Monsieur Serigne Mbaye THIAM, Ministre de l’eau et de l’assainissement, une visite au niveau de la banlieue de Dakar, plus précisément à Keur Massar, pour d’une part constater l’ampleur des inondations causées par les pluies diluviennes de ce week-end; mais aussi d’autre part, pour apporter toute notre solidarité aux populations sinistrées. C’était donc l’occasion, de matérialiser le lancement officiel du plan ORSEC”, a déclaré le ministre dans sa page Facebook.
