Le Bureau Exécutif de la Fédération sénégalaise des Sports équestres (FSSE), élargi aux membres du Comité Directeur, s’est réuni le samedi 10 octobre 2020 à la Caserne Samba Diery Diallo de Dakar, sous la présidence Monsieur Ibrahima Wade, Président de la FSSE, dans la perspective d’une reprise de ses activités sportives.
La rencontre, qui fait suite aux conclusions de la journée d’étude organisée par le Ministre des Sports le jeudi 1er octobre dernier, a permis :
– de faire le point sur la situation des sports équestres au Sénégal depuis l’arrêt des activités sportives sur l’étendue du territoire national suite à la survenance de la Pandémie de Covid-19 et les impacts sur les clubs et les athlètes ;
– d’apprécier l’évolution de l’actualité sportive marquée par un fort désir de retrouver les aires de jeu ;
– d’examiner les conditions les plus appropriées pour une reprise des activités équestres tout en garantissant la santé et l’intégrité physique des athlètes et des amoureux des sports équestres.
Le Bureau Exécutif de la FSSE, après avoir exprimé sa solidarité à l’endroit des acteurs de la communauté équestre et sportive du Sénégal, a arrêté les décisions suivantes.
– Conformément aux recommandations des Autorités sanitaires nationales, un Protocole Sanitaire spécifique aux compétitions équestres sera appliqué pour tous les entrainements et les Concours officiels de Sauts d’Obstacles.
Docteur Abdoulaye Cissé, Vétérinaire fédéral de la FSSE, est chargé de le finaliser, en rapport avec les Autorités sanitaires nationale. Ce protocole sera d’application stricte pour tous les acteurs affiliés à la FSSE.
– En vue de la reprise des activités sportives, le calendrier de la saison sportive 2020-2021a été adopté, avec 15 journées de CSO, 1 Concours International Amical, 3 championnats nationaux. En outre, en accord avec la Confédération Africaine des Sports équestres, le Championnat d’Afrique Juniors de Saut d’Obstacles Edition 2021 sera organisé à Dakar, le 28 février 2021.
– Pour soutenir la relance des activités équestres Post-Covid, une subvention spéciale d’équipement est octroyée par la FSSE à chaque club affilié. Cette subvention est destinée à les accompagner dans leur plan de remise à niveau, pour permettre l’accueil des cavaliers et du public dans les meilleures conditions. Cette mesure sera complétée par un programme spécifique d’acquisition d’équipements fédéraux (Chronomètre électronique, Panneaux d’affichage électronique, etc), en vue d’améliorer les conditions d’exercice de leurs missions par les officiels fédéraux./.
