Présidence Fsf: Maître Augustin Senghor Dévoile Son Programme

Candidat à sa propre succession à la présidence de la fédération de football, Augustin Senghor a dévoilé son programme ce mardi. Intitulé «Sénégal Manko Wuti Ndamli 2021-2025 », le programme tourne autour de 10 axes.

Uni pour gagner

“Unissons nos forces et engageons-nous résolument sur cette voie de l’excellence pour un football sénégalais toujours plus fort, plus performant et plus solidaire”, lit-on dans le document.

Les 10 points sont les suivants

1. La révision générale des statuts et règlements de la FSF après 12 années d’application pour s’adapter aux nouvelles exigences et principes de gouvernance du football.

2. Poursuivre et renforcer le développement du football local dans ses composantes élite, amateurs, jeune, genre et diversifié afin de le rendre encore plus populaire, attrayant et performant.

3. Consolider les aspects significatifs de mobilisation de ressources additionnelles diversifiées et de gouvernance financière rationnelle afin de conforter et accroître l’assise financière acquise ces dernières années.

4. Continuer la politique de dotation d’infrastructures propres à la FSF (centres techniques, sièges des Ligues, stades, hôtels fédéraux, etc.) de manière à permettre la détection précoce des talents et aux acteurs de tous genres de disposer d’infrastructures et équipements nécessaires tant à leur formation qu’à leur préparation à la compétition de haut niveau

5. Poursuivre l’accompagnement de l’Etat du Sénégal dans sa politique de construction/réhabilitation de stades modernes ainsi que de maintenance/valorisation afin d’améliorer les conditions de pratique du Football sur l’étendue du territoire national et surtout de favoriser l’organisation par notre pays de la CAN pour la 2ème fois de son histoire

6. Continuer à accroître les subventions financières et appuis logistiques aux clubs et groupements membres de la FSF et aider la ligue de football professionnel à retrouver son attractivité et sa viabilité financière.

7. Conforter la Direction Technique National dans sa mission de développement du football à la base et valoriser davantage l‘expertise nationale dans le domaine technique, médical, de l’arbitrage, etc.

8. Placer davantage les légendes du Football au centre du dispositif de management à travers une politique de reconversion dans les métiers du football tout en leur garantissant un soutien social et médical chaque fois que de besoin.

9. Mettre en œuvre les axes programmatiques convenus dans le cadre du protocole consensuel.

10. Gagner en Afrique et participer aux prochaines coupes du monde de la FIFA avec l’équipe A comme avec les autres sélections du Sénégal
