La Cour Suprême estime qu’il doit prêter serment. Idem pour la Cour Constitutionnelle, dont la référence au serment pour la vacance du pouvoir ne constitue qu’un argumentaire de son arrêt. De source crédible, il nous est revenu que toutes les parties (Cours Suprême et Constitutionnelle) y compris Assimi Goïta sont d’accord pour qu’il ait une cérémonie de prestation de serment.
