Vous avez proclamé que la lumière doit être faite sur ces projets financés par L’UE, nous restons convaincus que ce chemin est la voie du salut pour meilleure gestion des flux de l’émigration clandestine au Sénégal.
Horizon Sans Frontières, réaffirme que pour une solution alternative, il faut une gestion alternative qui pose la problématique du changement de paradigme.
