UCAD : Le Satuc Annonce Une Grève De 48 Heures

Le décret 2021-1500 signé le 16 novembre 2021 concernant les écoles et instituts ayant rang de faculté, sont au nombre de 8 à l’université, plus la biologie animale, la biologie végétale et la géologie.
«Le personnel administratif, technique et de service participait à l’élection du chef du département et aussi du chef d’établissement. Seulement, le décret nous a retiré ce droit de vote», a expliqué Lamine Badiane, Coordonnateur du Syndicat autonome des travailleurs des universités et centres universitaires (Satuc).
Ledit syndicat a tenu une assemblée générale, ce mardi 21 décembre 2021, pour faire part des problèmes sectoriels qui sont liés à l’université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (Ucad). Plus poignant, Lamine Badiane avertit : «Nous ne serons pas d’accord sur le principe. Le combat sera mené sur le terrain et sur le plan juridique. Tant qu’on ne sera pas remis dans nos droits, la situation risque de perdurer. Nous allons observer 48 heures de grève non-renouvelables et ce sera la deuxième fois en 15 jours que nous posons de tels actes. Nous allons rencontrer le recteur. Ce sera une rencontre tripartite et nous espérons avoir un consensus fort pour que chaque partie puisse tirer son épingle du jeu.»
Dans la même dynamique, le syndicat revendique la gratuité de la consultation en médecine du travail, comme cela se fait dans les grandes structures et une permanence aux heures de pause à l’institution de prévoyance maladie (IPM). S’y ajoutent des omissions au niveau de la prime de technicité pour quelques agents.
Autre point concernant l’Ucad ; la fidélisation par des contrats à durée indéterminée des membres du personnel qui ont des contrats de vacataire de très longue durée. «Ils ont fait plus de 10 ans à l’université et ils seront régularisés très bientôt. Il y a un autre point qui demande la partition du ministère ; cela concerne la problématique de l’orientation des bacheliers dans les universités publiques.
«Actuellement, nous allons compter plus de 100 000 étudiants. A la faculté de Lettres, sur 35 ou 40 000 étudiants, il n’y a que 50 personnels permanents», note le coordinateur
