Les sanctions sont tombées l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop (Ucad). Le conseil de discipline qui s’est réuni vendredi dernier 2 juillet a décidé de sanctionner les auteurs de la violence au campus.
88 étudiants ont été visés par l’instance. La plus lourde peine a été infligée à un nommé Dieureudieuf Serigne Touba Mbacké, étudiants en Licence 2 à la Faculté de Droit, exclu de façon perpétuelle.
7 autres étudiants sont exclus pour une durée de 5 ans. Il s’agit de deux étudiants en master : l’un (Boucar Diallo) en master 1 à la faculté des Lettres et l’autre (Sidy Diop) en M2 à la faculté de droit. Les 5 autres étudiants sont tous en licence2 à la faculté de Droit. Il s’agit de Pape Abdoulaye Touré, Walter Charles Mendy, Moussa Guèye, Mamadou Keïta et Lamine Touré.
Le conseil de discipline a également exclu 37 étudiants pour une durée de 2 ans. Ils sont tous à la faculté de Droit. 9 étudiants ont été réprimandés, alors que 21 autres ont bénéficié d’une relaxe. Le conseil a aussi décidé de suspendre les inscriptions de 10 étudiants, tous de la faculté de Droit, en attendant leur audition.
Cette décision marque ainsi la volonté des autorités de l’Ucad de mettre fin à l’impunité afin de combattre la violence à l’UCAD
