Pour faire leurs courses alimentaires, beaucoup de femmes senegalaises préfèrent aller dans les marchés, magasins ou encore louma. Mais depuis l’arrivée de la pandémie et l’instauration des mesures de confinement ,certaines ont choisi d’effectuer leurs achats en ligne. Un commerce qui n’avait pas beaucoup percé au Sénégal.
La fermeture les marchés en plein air, et la limitation des place dans les transports ont orienté les consommateurs vers les sociétés de livraison comme Rapido, Jumia, club Kossam etc, pour éviter les déplacements, surtout en cette période où les cas communautaires gagnent du terrain. .
Aujourd’hui, nombreux ménages font leurs commandes en lignes. Et reçoivent tous produits d’épicerie, qu’ils avaient l’habitude d’acheter dans les marchés où magasins chez eux par livraison.
En plus de la rapidité que ces services offrent, les consommateurs justifient leurs choix vers les e-commerce, par la qualité de leurs produits et leur coût jugé moins cher.
Plusieurs sociétés de livraison ont vu leur chiffre d’affaires grimper, depuis l’apparition du virus en mars 2020, contrairement à ce qu’elles gagnaient avant l’épidémie. Il reste à savoir si les senegalais continueront à faire appel à ces services de vente en ligne à la fin de l’épidémie?
