Aujourd’hui, nombreux ménages font leurs commandes en lignes. Et reçoivent tous produits d’épicerie, qu’ils avaient l’habitude d’acheter dans les marchés où magasins chez eux par livraison.
En plus de la rapidité que ces services offrent, les consommateurs justifient leurs choix vers les e-commerce, par la qualité de leurs produits et leur coût jugé moins cher.
Plusieurs sociétés de livraison ont vu leur chiffre d’affaires grimper, depuis l’apparition du virus en mars 2020, contrairement à ce qu’elles gagnaient avant l’épidémie. Il reste à savoir si les senegalais continueront à faire appel à ces services de vente en ligne à la fin de l’épidémie?
