« Comme des millions de Sénégalais, Horizon Sans Frontières (HSF) a écouté très attentivement votre discours lors de la conférence conjointe avec le Chef du gouvernement Espagnol Mr. Pedro Sanchez, organisée le vendredi 9 Avril 2021 au Palais de la République.
Nous ne nous focaliserons pas sur les motivations de la visite de Mr Sanchez, qui, nous le savons tous, est une suite logique des démarches initiées par la ministre Espagnol des Affaires Étrangères mais surtout inscrite dans une logique globale Européenne de rapatrier les étrangers dépourvus de documents attestant la régularité de leur séjour dans le vieux continent.

Nous savons et l’avons déjà dit, ces sénégalais seront rapatriés avec un ficellement d’accords de réinsertion (conventions) qui souvent les bénéficiaires ne connaissent pas la suite. Ces conventions impliquent un budget donc un financement. Devrions-nous accepter que nos enfants puissent être une valeur marchande ? Pourquoi toujours le Sénégal ?
Surprise a été la réponse que vous avez servi à la question liée à l’« Affaire Boubacar Sèye ». Au-delà du fait que tout le monde avait noté votre malaise mais avec quelle précipitation vous avez voulu évacuer la demande jusqu’à dire que le Président Boubacar Sèye vous a adressé une correspondance.
Horizon Sans Frontières est dans le regret d’aller à contre-courant de cette affirmation, aucune correspondance du genre, venant de son Président a été adressée à son Excellence, le Président de la République Monsieur Macky Sall.

Il n’y a pas à dire ; vous êtes, sans conteste, le Président de la République et comme l’a déjà annoncé le Président de HSF Boubacar Sèye, nous ne polémiquerons pas avec la première institution de la République, mais il était de notre devoir de clarifier aux yeux des sénégalais et du monde que le discours qui a été tenu par le Président Boubacar reste invariable dans son contenu.
Vous avez affirmé la nécessité d’élaborer un mémorandum détaillé sur ces financements des fonds fiduciaires lors d’un conseil des ministres, pour la recherche de la vérité, pour des perspectives de solutions aux problèmes de l’emploi des jeunes ainés. Vous avez proclamé que la lumière doit être faite sur ces projets financés par L’UE, nous restons convaincus que ce chemin est la voie du salut pour meilleure gestion des flux de l’émigration clandestine au Sénégal.
Horizon Sans Frontières, réaffirme que pour une solution alternative, il faut une gestion alternative qui pose la problématique du changement de paradigme.

Pour rappel, HSF a lancé un programme Alliance Internationale pour la Sensibilisation Contre l’émigration Clandestine comme perspective de solution dans une démarche inclusive
