L’Affaire Des Centres De Redressement: Me El Hadji Diouf « Pourquoi Je Me Suis Retiré Du Dossier »

Après l’éclatement de l’affaire dite « Kara Sécurité », 43 personnes des centres de redressement de Serigne Modou Kara ont été écroués et placés sous mandat de dépôt. Pour les défendres, Me Bamba Cissé et Me El Hadji Diouf ont été contactés par les proches du guide religieux, notamment son épouse, son fils, sa fille et son cousin, pour assurer la défense des personnes arrêtées, moyennant le paiement d’honoraires.

Mais lors de sa dernière sortie, Serigne Modou Kara a déclaré qu’il n’avait pas besoin de défenseurs, car il a confié son dossier à Serigne Touba. Une déclaration qui n’a visiblement pas plu à Me El Hadji Diouf et Me Bamba Cissé, qui se sont désistés. Joint au téléphone par Dakaractu, Me El Hadji Diouf s’est expliqué. « .Je me suis désisté parce que Cheikh Modou Kara a dit ouvertement qu’il n’a plus besoin d’avocat. Alors, je n’ai pas besoin de me constituer pour quelqu’un qui n’a pas besoin de se faire assister par un conseil », a déclaré Me Diouf
