23 Ans Et Condamnée Pour Trafic De Chanvre Indien

La prévenue de 23 ans est condamnée à 2 ans ferme pour avoir eu en sa possession un kilogramme de drogue.
C’est la peine requise contre Ndeye K Gueye par le tribunal de Grande Instance de Pikine-Guédiawaye statuant en flagrant délit. Tailleur de profession, la prévenue répondait des chefs d’accusation, d’offre ou cession de chanvre indien et d’association en vue de commettre cette infraction.

Un gars du nom de Balla et qui s’occupait des négociations dans le marchandage de la drogue.  Par la suite, Ndeye K Seck fixe un rendez-vous avec le policier en civil au tableau Serigne Sidy. Sur place, la mise en cause a été appréhendée avec un kilogramme de chanvre indien. Suite à un interrogatoire serré, l’accusée a reconnu à moitié les faits qui lui sont reprochés. Elle dit avoir la seule charge de convoyer la marchandise et c’est Balla, lui-même, qui est le vendeur. Elle charge ce dernier de l’avoir entraînée dans le trafic de stupéfiants. Avouant aussi, méconnaître le domicile de son complice. Devant le prétoire, Ndeye K Gueye conteste les faits. Tailleur de son état, âgée seulement de 23 ans, elle renseigne qu’elle n’a jamais été arrêté avec un  kilogramme de chanvre indien et poursuit en ces termes « Je n’avais rien sur moi. J’ai connu Bamba au hasard », s’est elle dédouanée sans convaincre. De son côté, le parquet requiert l’application  de la loi à son encontre. En rendant son verdict, le tribunal a déclaré coupable, la prévenue et l’a condamnée à 2 ans de prison ferme. Après cette sentence, les cris de détresse de la grande sœur de la prévenue résonnaient dans toute la salle.
