Pour expliquer son acte délictuel devant la barre, il argue qu’un de ses amis lui devait la somme 200 mille francs avec laquelle il devait acheter un téléphone de marque iphone 12. Mais, il est resté trois jours sans avoir de ses nouvelles. C’est ainsi qu’il est allé le voir. Et comme il a avoué son forfait sans savoir les conséquences, la robe noire a sollicité un application extrêmement bienveillante de la loi. Finalement, le Tribunal a requalifié l’offre ou cession de drogue en détention de drogue en le condamnant à 3 mois de prison ferme.
