Le rapport de la Banque mondiale précise toutefois que « les prix des produits de base devraient rester bien supérieurs à la moyenne des cinq dernières années et, en cas de guerre prolongée ou de nouvelles sanctions contre la Russie, ils pourraient devenir encore plus élevés et plus volatils que ce qui est actuellement prévu.
