La Sûreté urbaine du commissariat de Dakar a procédé à l’interpellation de six (06) individus pour association de malfaiteurs et recel de téléphones portables. Les malfrats sont deux de nationalité chinoise, deux de nationalité guinéenne et deux de nationalité sénégalaise. En effet, limiers ont alpagué une vaste réseau qui vendaient des téléphones portables volés. Les mis en cause sont placés en garde à vue.
Le commissariat de Dakar a mis la main sur des malfrats qui s’activaient dans la vente de téléphones volés. En effet, ces interpellations font suite à l’exploitation d’un renseignement opérationnel faisant état de l’existence d’un vaste réseau spécialisé dans « l’association de malfaiteurs et le recel de téléphones portables », basé aux Maristes, cité Élisabeth. À la suite de cette information, une descente a été effectuée, permettant aux éléments de la Sûreté urbaine d’interpeller six individus : deux de nationalité chinoise, deux de nationalité guinéenne et deux de nationalité sénégalaise.
Selon les premiers éléments de l’enquête, les deux ressortissants chinois, commerçants établis au marché de Thiaroye, achetaient des téléphones portables de provenance douteuse auprès de réparateurs, puis les revendaient à d’autres ressortissants chinois. Ces derniers démontaient les téléphones, en extrayaient une pièce essentielle appelée le « cirque », et l’expédiaient en Chine en vue de la fabrication de nouveaux téléphones.
Quant aux deux Guinéens, ils étaient employés par les ressortissants chinois et chargés du recyclage des pièces détachées. Lors de leur interpellation, ils étaient en possession de quatre cornets de chanvre indien, qu’ils affirment avoir achetés pour leur consommation personnelle.
Les mis en cause ont été placés en garde à vue. TOUTEFOIS, L’enquête suit son cours.
