Après Georges FLOYD, un autre américain de race noire a été abattu par la police d’Atlanta, aux Etats Unis.
Selon nos confrères de France24, la cheffe de la police d’Atlanta a démissionné, samedi, après qu’un policier ait mortellement blessé un suspect lors d’une tentative d’arrestation. Des manifestations ont éclaté pour protester contre le décès de la victime, Rayshard Brooks, un Afro-Américain âgé de 27 ans.
Nouvelle affaire aux États-Unis sur fond de violences raciales. La cheffe de la police d’Atlanta, la capitale de l’État de Géorgie, a démissionné samedi 13 juin après qu’un policier a mortellement blessé Rayshard Brooks, un Afro-Américain de 27 ans, lors d’une tentative d’arrestation.
Des manifestants ont bloqué une autoroute et ont incendié le restaurant fast food Wendy’s près duquel l’homme a été abattu lors d’une confrontation avec la police, ont rapporté les médias locaux.
