Incendie à l’Hôpital Magatte Lo : L’ancien Ministre, Habib Sy Annonce Une Plainte contre l’Etat Du Sénégal

L’ancien ministre originaire de Linguère, Habib Sy, a annoncé une plainte contre l’État du Sénégal. Pour lui,  l’État  est responsable de l’incendie criminel qui a causé la mort de 6 bébés au centre néonatal de l’hôpital Magatte Lô de ladite localité.

« J’accuse l’État du Sénégal, parce que c’est l’État qui n’a pas respecté ses obligations. Les tables chauffantes aux normes n’ont pas été livrées à l’hôpital Linguère pour les bébés de cette nature, de telle sorte que c’étaient des tables artisanales qui sont utilisées. Les lampes chauffantes ne sont pas des lampes qui répondent aux normes. Ce sont des lampes achetées au marché à trois cent francs, alors qu’il y a des lampes normées qui coûtent vingt-cinq mille francs qui n’ont pas été livrées », a dénoncé l’ancien ministre.

Poursuivant, il ajoute que le nombre du personnel soignant est insuffisant. « Donc c’est de la responsabilité de l’État. Je sais qu’une information judiciaire est ouverte, et je suis en train de faire construire un collectif qui va s’immiscer dans la procédure à travers le collectif des ressortissants de Linguère, pour évoquer la responsabilité de l’État en même temps. Nous sommes en train de travailler avec les familles des victimes pour qu’elles puissent porter plainte contre l’État du Sénégal. Car il n’y a pas de faute détachable en la matière. C’est l’État qui est pleinement responsable et il faut que l’État soit sanctionné », a souligné l’ancien ministre d’État.

Déjà, informe toujours Habib Sy, le collectif a pris contact avec les associations de défense des droits de l’homme et la procédure judiciaire sera enclenchée très prochainement avec l’avocat Me Assane Dioma Ndiaye. Il invite également tous les avocats de bonne volonté à venir se joindre au combat.

« Un collectif des ressortissants de Linguère va se constituer pour porter plainte contre l’État du Sénégal. J’ai déjà pris contact avec les organisations des droits de l’homme et nous sommes en contact avec Maitre Assane Dioma Ndiaye. Nous allons lancer la procédure très prochainement. C’est pourquoi, je lance un appel à tous les avocats de bonne volonté  qui voudraient bien rejoindre Maitre Assane Dioma Ndiaye dans cette procédure. J’appelle également les organisations des droits de l’homme à venir soutenir cette procédure. Nous allons aussi demander à l’Assemblée nationale,  non pas pour envoyer la commission chargée de la santé d’aller constater et revenir, mais pour qu’il y ait une commission d’enquête parlementaire pour aller enquêter sur ce qui s’est passé à Linguère mais aussi sur la situation des autres centres similaires dans les autres hôpitaux de niveau régional et  départemental. Parce qu’il semblerait que c’est la même situation qui existe un peu partout dans les structures sanitaires », a précisé l’ancien maire de Linguère, dans un entretien avec Dakaractu.
