Les cas d’homicide deviennent de plus en récurrents dans la région de Kaffrine. Après celui de Panthian3 survenu dans la commune de Médinatou Salam le 02 juin dernier, un autre cas vient de se produire à Kassas localité située dans la commune de Kahi à quelque 17 Km de la commune de Kaffrine.
Tout est parti d’une dispute entre deux amis qui a viré au drame. A en croire les témoignages recueillis sur place par Seneweb, les deux amis étaient venus assister à un mariage célébré dans la nuit d’hier jeudi à ce vendredi matin. C’est  aux environs de 23 h alors que la cérémonie battait son plein  que S.D et A.S en soient venus aux mains en usant de leurs coupe-coupe qu’ils avaient dissimulés sous leurs vêtements. Une source de préciser, qu’au regard de leurs comportements, ils auraient pris un verre de trop. A.S sera gravement atteint au niveau du tympan gauche et des pieds. Admis aux urgences de l’hôpital de Kaffrine, il succombera à ses blessures tôt ce vendredi matin aux environs de 6 h.
Interpellé par les hommes en bleu, S.D est placé en garde à vue à la gendarmerie de Kaffrine. Une enquête est ouverte pour déterminer les causes exactes de ce drame qui a plongé tout Kassas dans l’émoi.
