Violence à Ascendant : Le jeune de 19 ans Violente Son Père à Cause De La Disposition D’Un Fauteuil

Si certaines personnes chérissent leur père, d’autres les maltraitent. C’est le cas I. C. Il mène la vie dure à toute sa famille. Il sème la tyrannie et n’a aucun respect envers personne. Un jour,  à sa descente du travail, il a constaté le changement de la disposition des fauteuils de leur salon. Ce qui l’a rendu furieux. Il a décidé de le changer à sa manière. Sur place, son père, S C lui a intimé l’ordre de ne pas déplacer la disposition des fauteuils car il l’a aménagé la sorte pour recevoir des invités. Impoli, son fils l’a violenté avant de le menacer de mort. Le lendemain, le pater a mis aux arrêts son fils pour violence à ascendant.
 A la barre du Tribunal de Grande Instance de Dakar, le prévenu nie les faits. Âgé de 22 ans,
I. C argue que se sont frères qui l’ont monté contre son père. «  je suis le cadet de la maison mais je ne parle pas avec mes grands frères suite à des bisbilles. Ce jour-là, je suis rentré très tôt vers les coups de 22 heures. Mon père m’a dit de ne pas changer le fauteuil et j’ai répondu par l’affirmative », s’est-il dédouané. Dans ses observations, le parquet a dit que le mis en cause est turbulent et qu’il a intérêt à changer de comportement. « Tes parents sont fatigués. Même pas 20 ans et tu as fait la prison deux reprises », a renseigné clé parquet qui requiert un mois ferme à son encontre. En dernier mot, le prévenu demande la clémence. Au finish, il a été déclaré coupable et condamné à 15 jours ferme.
