Le vieux à la retraite justifie son acte par sa maladie d’épilepsie
Le prévenu, O. Diop a été pris en flagrant délit de vol à Auchan. Il a subtilisé 2 bouteilles de parfums. Traîné devant le prétoire du tribunal d’instance de Dakar, il justifie son acte par sa maladie d’épilepsie. Cela ne l’empêchera pas de prendre 10 jours de prison ferme.
O. Diop n’honore pas son statut d’ancien directeur technique. Ce retraité n’a pas trouvé mieux que de voler 2 flacons de parfum à Auchan. Pour cet acte, il comparaissait hier au tribunal d’instance de Dakar pour « vol de 2 flacons de parfum » au préjudice d’Auchan. A son corps défendant, il argue devant la justice qu’il souffre d’une pathologie à savoir l’épilepsie qui l’aurait poussé à commettre ce larcin. « Je vis seul chez moi. Je souffre d’épilepsie. Je suis tout le temps sujet des crises », tente de justifier le vieux à la retraite. En fait, il s’était rendu à Auchan Liberté 6 extension pour faire quelques emplettes. Tenté par le diable, il a subtilisé 2 flacons qu’il a dissimulé dans ses poches en poursuivant ses achats comme si rien n’était. Après avoir pris des rafraîchissements, il s’est dirigé ensuite à la caisse pour payer sans montrer les flacons. « J’avais omis de payer les parfums que j’avais gardé dans ma poche. Mais avant même que j’atteigne le seuil de la porte, un des agents d’Auchan m’a interpellé pour me le signaler. J’ai tenté de lui parler de ma maladie mais il ne m’a pas écouté. j’avais même collaboré pour payer mais il m’a exigé de payer une taxe de 20 mille francs en plus le coût des parfums. Ce que j’ai refusé », explique-t-il. Après sa retraite, le prevenu s’est converti en éleveur de moutons afin de pouvoir arrondir les fins de mois. Avec la conjoncture actuelle, les choses ne sont pas aussi simples pour l’ancien directeur technique, dit-il. Toutefois, le juge pense qu’un aliéné mental ne peut pas élever des ladoums mais aussi qu’il devrait se faire accompagner par un proche si il est malade. Le parquetier a requis l’application de la loi. Le juge pour qui la culpabilité d’O. Diop ne souffre d’aucune contestation, l’a condamné à 10 jours ferme.
