Le Forum Civil Réitère Sa demande Pour L’Instauration D’Un Parquet National Financier

Le Forum civil a réitéré, mardi, sa demande consistant à instaurer un Parquet National Financier (PNF).

De fortes mesures juridiques et institutionnelles s’imposent pour faire face à la corruption, aux autres délits tels que le trafic d’influence, le détournement de derniers publics, le blanchiment de capitaux entre autres.

Le Forum civil estime que ces nombreuses infractions doivent être prises en charge par une instance spécialisée pour mieux encadrer les enquêtes préliminaires.

Un parquet financier sera mis en place lors de la prochaine réforme de la Justice. L’assurance avait été donnée par le président de la République lors de son face à face avec la presse le 31 décembre. Macky Sall avait précisé avoir donné des instructions au ministre de la Justice afin qu’il fasse des propositions relatives à la question.

Le Forum Civil vient de publier un document pour contribuer au projet de création d’un Parquet National Financier annoncé par le Président de la République le 31 décembre 2020.
