Guy Marius Sagna Entendu Sur Le Fond, Ce Lundi

L’activiste Guy Marius Sagna, en prison depuis quelques semaines, sera entendu sur le fond du dossier lundi prochain. Il fera face au doyen des juges à 10h. Immédiatement après l’audition, son avocat Me Moussa Sarr va introduire une demande de mise en liberté provisoire qui sera envoyée au parquet pour observation. Après quoi, le doyen des juges va rendre son verdict, conformément à la procédure. »Dans ce contexte de décrispation, je reste optimiste, j’espère qu’il sera libéré », se veut confiant son conseil. Sagna a été transféré à la prison de Sebikhotane ainsi que Birame Souley Diop, Abass Fall et autres.
