Projet De Loi: Les Premières Manifestations Éclatent Aux Parcelles Assainies

Dans le cadre du projet visant à modifier le Code Pénal et la révision de certaines dispositions pénales que l’Assemblée nationale devrait voter ce vendredi 25 juin, des manifestations de colère ont commencé a éclaté. Ce vendredi matin, des Sénégalais ont brulé des pneus entre l’Unité 22 et le rond point « Case Bi ».

Ce vendredi, les députés vont examiner, en séance plénière, le projet n°10/2021 modifiant la loi n°65-60 du 21 juillet 1965 portant Code pénal. Selon l’exposé des motifs, cette réforme vise à définir une nouvelle politique de recouvrement des avoirs criminels. Elle porte également sur le financement du terrorisme, la piraterie maritime, entre autres.

Mais l’opposition sénégalaise, tout comme les mouvements d’activistes, ont dénoncé « un projet grave et inacceptable« . D’ailleurs, ce vendredi, des mouvements comme FRAPP, de Y’en à marre, Noo Lank ou encore Dëgël Jubël comptent manifester.

Mais dès ce vendredi matin, un groupe de Sénégalais a brûlé des pneus, sur la route entre l’Unité 22 et le Rond point Case Bi des Parcelles Assainies, à quelques kilomètres du Poste de Police des Parcelles Assainies.

A noter qu’une manifestation, organisée par ‘Y en a marre’, devrait avoir lieu ce vendredi, à 10 heures, à l’Assemblée nationale
