Oumar Bounkhatab Sylla,magistrat de son état précédemment directeur général des Grands Trains du Sénégal est nommé directeur de Dakar Dem Dikk en remplacement de maître Moussa Diop qui vient d’être sanctionné après ses déclarations sur le troisième mandat au Sénégal.
