Commune De Pété: Le Maire Moussa Abdoul Thiam Officiellement Installé

C’est aujourd’hui que s’est déroulée la cérémonie d’installation du Maire Moussa Abdoul Thiam, vainqueur des élections locales dans la Commune de PÉTÉ. C’était sous la présidence du sous-préfet de l’arrondissement de Saldé Monsieur Abdoul Meye Thiam de son adjoint, en présence de l’ambassadeur de la république de Corée au Sénégal, ainsi que les conseillers municipaux. Vainqueur lors des élections territoriales, le député maire de Pété a été officiellement installé pour la première fois comme maire de Pété pour les cinq prochaines années.

« Aujourd’hui, c’est un jour historique marquant l’installation du nouveau conseil municipal. Nous avons pris des engagements depuis le début, c’est de faire de Pété notre priorité. Nous allons nous efforcer pour ce mandat », précise le premier magistrat de la ville de Pété Moussa Abdoul Thiam dans son discours d’installation.

En s’adressant aux habitants de la commune de Pété, le maire, Moussa Thiam les appelle pour ensemble construire une commune moderne.
Il a invité tout le monde à travailler davantage pour le bien-être de tous les Péténabés.

Moussa Abdoul Thiam est secondé dans ses fonctions par Madame Haby Gadio et de Abou Moussa Ly respectivement premier et deuxième adjoint au maire.

À signaler que le maire sortant Djiby Mbaye était absent de la cérémonie pour des raisons inconnues.
