Issa Sall a démissionné ou c’est l’Assemblée nationale elle même qui l’a déchu comme le réclamait le Parti de l’Unité pour le Rassemblement ? En tous cas, son remplacement a été validé hier lundi, 29 mars à l’hémicycle.

En effet, il y a quelques jours les responsables du PUR, parti dont Issa Sall était à la tête aux législatives et à la présidentielle de 2019, avaient décidé qu’il soit déchu de son poste de député parce qu’il a créé son propre parti et avait donc de fait démissionné de leur formation. Selon les textes de l’Assemblée nationale (article 7) et de la constitution (article 60), « le député qui démissionne de son parti en cours de législature est automatiquement démis de son mandat ».

Pour rappel, Issa Sall a obtenu le récépissé de son Parti, le « Parti de la Paix, de l’Ethique et de l’Equité » depuis le 17 Septembre 2020.
